A 43-year-old woman from Pasadena was charged with assault of a teenager last week after she allegedly had s3x “hundreds of times” with her nephew, according to court documents.
Peggy Phillips allegedly had s3x with her teenage nephew while he was living with her and her husband in the Houston suburb, according to a probable cause statement filed by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.
The nephew — now 22 — contacted authorities to report the abuse in July, documents show.
The nephew told police he was in the hospital the first time Phillips did it with him. She crawled into his bed and touched him inappropriately as well as did other things, he said.
The nephew told police he could tell Phillips was attracted to him becuase she was “very flirtatious” and it caused problems between the defendant and her husband. Phillips is no longer married to the boy’s uncle, which he shares a blood relationship according to the Daily Mail.
The court documents said Phillips had s3x with the teen “hundreds of times after that inside the house.”
On Tuesday morning, Phillips updated her Facebook profile photo to an image with text laid over reading: “Lord, I bring to You my burdens and You know my situation. You know I can’t make it without You. Comfort my heart, give me strength, and help me carry on.”
